When You Realize It's All Your Fault.

I will never forget the day I got a phone call from an old friend. This gentleman had cut himself off from my life years prior because he was headed down a path I was not interested in traveling with him. I was lying across the bed when the phone rang. His phone number was still familiar to me — although his name was not saved, I knew it was not a spam call.

The lights were off in my bedroom. Blinds closed. Just slivers of light coming through. When I answered, a familiar voice came through the phone — the voice of a man who had once slept on my sofa when he needed a place to stay. And he said, "James, give me a few minutes of your time. I have something to share with you, and then I will let you go."

This conversation was what led to this book. It led to me visiting the Courts of Heaven for the first time. It led to me forming a covenant with the Lord.

He was straightforward and didn't beat around the bush. He told me that after he and I stopped talking, he went into a depression because of a divorce. Lost his job. Left the army. He said that in that dark time he started practicing witchcraft.

I just about hung up the phone in his face.

Then the Lord said — wait. Listen.

That's when he told me he had gone so deep into witchcraft that he had to get deliverance. And after the deliverance, he started hearing the voice of the Lord clearly. And the Lord had a message for me.

That I was in possession of several spirits. And I needed to deal with them now — or it would kill me.

He listed twelve spirits that had been petitioning against me and my life in the Courts of Heaven. Then he simply said, "I know it's weird — but that is the word from the Lord." And then he said we would talk later.

Just think about that for a moment.

I wanted to write it off. I truly did. But there was a voice in my head that said — no. Don't.

So I grabbed a cigar, went outside, and just sat. And I asked the Lord — was this true?

The answer was a resounding yes.

I asked again — still thinking it was all in my head.

Yes again.

Then I asked what should be done.

That is when things got wild.

The Lord said — go to the mirror. Look yourself in the eyes. And say: "I fall out of agreement with the spirit of Corruption, in the name of Jesus Christ."

I did it. Then I went to bed.

2am that morning I woke up feeling like I was choking on something. I rushed to the bathroom and started coughing up mucus — green and yellow — and it just kept coming out for more than three minutes straight. Then I went back to bed, completely freaked out.

The next day I got a call with an offer to do business with the New Orleans Housing Authority. A no-bid contract. $450,000. But there was one catch — the person getting me this contract made it clear he expected a sizable campaign contribution in return.

As he was talking, the Lord said — don't you do it.

It was right then and there that I realized — the same spirit I had just fallen out of agreement with was trying to legally re-indebt me to itself. I told him let me think about it. And I never called him back.

A week later I learned that another friend of mine had taken the contract.

Now watch this.

Three months later I'm talking to a friend of mine who is FBI. He tells me there is a corruption probe just starting on the New Orleans Housing Authority. He says, "I know you're into housing — be careful. Watch what you're doing these days."

It was on that day that I realized everything I had been told was true. God wanted me to deal with each of those spirits that were accusing me in the Courts of Heaven — one by one.

So when I tell you that you will get results — this is not speculation. These are tested and tried results.

The same offer is going to come to you, in the form that matches your life. A doorway will open. A spirit you have been in agreement with will try to legally re-indebt you. And the only thing that will close the door is what closed it for me.

Your mouth. The name of Jesus. And the choice to fall out of agreement.
