Website forms

Your information.

When you submit a form on this website, the information you provide is saved so James Williams can handle your inquiry, resource request, training announcement request, or reader-list request.

What the forms record

Your name if supplied, email address, request type, message or event details if supplied, the page where you submitted the form, the submission date, and your choice about marketing emails. Security controls use a temporary hashed network identifier to limit abusive submissions.

Contact, resource, and training requests

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Requesting the companion permits us to handle that resource request and send its download information. Requesting Before You Sleep permits us to provide that book. Requesting training details permits us to send that announcement. The separate reader-list checkbox is optional on these forms.

Reader-list emails

If you choose book news and teaching updates, your email may be passed to Mailchimp to manage the reader list. Follow any confirmation email to finish subscribing. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. Mailchimp’s privacy policy.

Website activity and campaign links

When activity reporting is enabled, the website counts page views and actions such as book-link clicks and chapter sharing. Campaign labels in links can show which broadcast or email brought you here. These labels are kept for the current browser tab session and may be saved with your form request. The activity counts contain no names or email addresses, and do not prove that a book was purchased. We do not use an advertising tracker for these counts.
